BEVERLY HILLS HAIR RESTORATION SPECIALIST LAUNCHES NON-PROFIT FOR RESEARCH, EDUCATION AND TO HELP THOSE IN NEED

An estimated 35 million American men and 21 million of their female counterparts experience significant hair loss and many of them seek myriad methods to reverse the problem. Sometimes the cost of medical treatment can be prohibitive and that’s among the reasons why one of the nation’s leading hair restoration specialists, John Kahen, M.D. of Beverly Hills Hair Restoration, is launching a nonprofit dedicated to helping those in need find treatment. The Kahen Foundation also will be dedicated to researching new methods for helping those who are bald or plagued with noticeably thinning hair and educating the public about advances in the field.

By starting my nonprofit, I can help as many people as possible, many of whom suffer from a crushing lack of self-confidence,” said the award-winning Kahen, who is on the vanguard of hair restoration science. “We also want the foundation to be involved in researching new treatments and refining existing ones as well as educating the public about what options are available to them.”
